Warranty Terms and Conditions

Warranty Applies If:

  1. The product invoice or proof of purchase is included when submitting a warranty claim.

  2. The claimant provides complete personal details, including name, address, and active contact number or WhatsApp.

  3. The product is still within the valid warranty period as stated above.

Warranty Does Not Apply If:

  1. The invoice or proof of purchase is not included when submitting a warranty claim.

  2. Damage is caused by user negligence, such as dropping, burning, exposure to liquid, cracking, or impact.

  3. The product is outside the warranty period as stated above.

  4. The graphic card or peripheral is burned, corroded, or rusty.

  5. The seal or barcode label is removed or damaged as a result of opening or modifying the product beyond its original condition.

Additional Terms:

  1. Return shipping costs after service completion will be covered by Digital Alliance (valid for products still under warranty).
  2. If the warranty period has expired, both shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
  3. Products submitted for warranty must be properly packaged and accompanied by a purchase invoice.
  4. A detailed explanation of the product issue must be provided with every warranty claim.
  5. The service claim form must be labeled as: “SERVICE CENTER DIGITAL ALLIANCE”
